Gator - was RE: [Scan-DC] Folklife Festival Monitoring

Figured it was something like that, but I learned something else - didn't 
realize that NPS was _not_ the organizer of the Folklife Festival... 
although now that I think of it, the sponsor (or at least one of them) is 
the Smithsonian, right?

I don't get out enough.
