[Scan-DC] Scanning in Jamaica?

I went to three Jamaican Embassy web sites and emailed each of them. The two email addy's I found for the embassy in DC both bounced back. The one for the embassy in NY has gone unanswered.

I have also emailed the Jamaican Amateur Radio Club and have not heard back from them.

I am leaving tomorrow morning, and, for what ever reason, it didn't occur to me till yesterday that it might be illegal down there.

I don't have a particular interest per se....I'll listen to anything, but thought both air bands and marine (jamaican coast guard) would be interesting.

Thanks for the response.

Paul
