[Scan-DC] NASA frequencies and news

As I type this, the 2nd attempt at launching Discovery was scrubbed again, due to weather. So this gives folks an opportunity to update links and see where things have been heard.

The first link is a replacement that Larry Van Horn has put up for the old NASA freqs page at Grove. That link has gone dead, and we'll fix that link on our website presently. It's a PDF document, so you will need Adobe Acrobat to read it.

The other 2 are blogs, again by Larry, with much more up to date information, including some satellite news...
