[Scan-DC] Potomac river LE?

All,

Looking to find out which Maryland agency has law enforcement 
jurisdiction on the Potomac River adjacent to Charles Co and the freqs 
for them. I believe is the DNR but cannot be sure.  Radioreference isn't 
too clear about it, either.  Any help is appreciated.
