[Scan-DC] Multiple fireboats on the Bay tonight

Here is the Post story.  Owner of the Annapolis Capitol newspaper is missing.

I spotted a couple DNR police boats and I think one Coast Guard boat 
down around the Plum Point area of the Western Shore.  Quite a bit of 
traffic on the Marine band between units in the search and recovery.
