[Scan-DC] Special Events in DC--Radio Rental Provider

Interesting - I wonder if this is just low-power stuff, or what... I'da 
thunk they would use GMRS/FRS-type equipment.

Brings up another question... if one wishes to rent 2-way radio equipment 
for a weekend event, how does all the licensing business work?  ("License?  
I need a _license_???")  Can an outfit that rents the equipment, provide 
some kind of license, or does the rentor work under the rental outfit's 
license, or what?

(Are there still CB walkie-talkies?  Long ago, a license wasn't needed for 
CB if limited to 100 mW, right?)
