John - I assume you have registered at RadioReference? That is one of the best places to go for MD and DC freqs.

Congrats on the new toy. I'm quite envious.

A tip - I THINK I have heard that 396 UASD files are compatible with the 996. I'd ask around before doing anything, but I believe I read that on one of the RR forums. If true, there's UASD files on the 396 Yahoo group, and I'm sure there are several RR folks that could also supply one if needed.

If you're looking for milair stuff, jump to the Maryland forum at RR and look for the HUGE 'Sticky Thread for Milair' - we've also got LOTS defined on the Wiki pages - a good start would be the Delmarva page at:

http://www.radioreference.com/wiki/index.php/Delmarva_Milcom_Monitoring

I've got an Excel spreadsheet set up with several worksheets that will definitely get you started. I need to update it slightly, so give me a day or two before you request it, if you're interested. (I got sidetracked with work - it pays the bills (barely), not the hobby, hi))

Hello,
I got my 996 in the other day and was to program my DC/MD area.
I spend a lot of time in/around Ft. Meade, MD.

Yes I can do digital so that is not a problem.

Thanks
JOHN
