[Scan-DC] Nat'l Gallery of Art--VHF Freq

  Was  411.5500 pl 210.7 repeater output, simplex or repeater input.?  
My database for NGA security shows 411.5500 mhz.as input to 406.5500 
mhz. repeatera but the information is old and suspect as to accuracy.  I 
don't have any info on 173.1125 mhz.
