[Scan-DC] 406.425 P25 in DC

Hey Dave and all,

Wonder is it had something to do the the Dept of Commerce trunk system 
reported in Baltimore that uses 406.425 MHz. Some of the field reports I see 
is that the USDA uses that system as well as other agencies. Just a thought.
