[Scan-DC] Jefferson County Wv Area Freqs

Hi Ron;

I live in Frederick Co, MD and have some Jefferson Co frequencies  
programmed. The sheriff and fire conventional frequencies are very  
active. You will be able to keep good track of what is going on with  
them. The county is far more laid back than PG so they don't seem  
overloaded by not having a lot of radio flexibility.
