[Scan-DC] Jefferson County Wv Area Freqs

Good afternoon all I'm moving to Charles town wv in July and need some help. a digital scanner is not in the buget yet. i see in the radio reference database that there is a single frequency listed for county-wide sheriff's dispatch in Jefferson County. There are also police departments for each of the independent city's of Charles Town, Harpers Ferry, Ranson,Shepherdstown but I don't see any freqs listed for them. I'm also in need of freqs for fire / ems Dept and also Charles town races / slots race track. Thank in addvace
