[Scan-DC] B1 sighting over Mont Co

Gary,

We saw it on the Beltsville/Silver Spring border. The wings were fully
extended and it was going slow. Didn't hear it coming, just saw it!

About 2015 local was working outside and looked up to see a B1 looking like
he was on an approach to Andrews, he was fairly low and slow. Surprised to
hear how quiet it was.
