[Scan-DC] Blue Angels for Woodrow Wilson Bridge flyover

The WaPo says that the Blue Angels will fly over the ceremonies marking
the (sort of) completion of the outer loop span of the new Woodrow Wilson
Bridge on Thursday, May 17. The completion is only sort of, because it
won't open for traffic for another month.

I can't believe the Blue Angles would show up solely for a bridge
opening, and I am certain that they were already scheduled to be in the
vicinity for graduation ceremonies at the Naval Academy.

I don't have the schedule or frequencies for that, but that shouldn't be
too tough to come up with.
