[Scan-DC] Pursuit from VA to DC

Pursuit involving Fairfax, Arlington, Park PD & MPD just ended with K9
catching the driver of a vehicle believed involved in an assault of a
police officer.  Not sure where the chase started, but it ran along GW
parkway & into DC.  Everything ended at 10th & Newton NE, near the
Catholic Univ. Metro station.  Officers put out calls of shots fired -
not sure who. A K9 got the suspect after the bailout, officer asking
for ambulance for decon of suspects blood on him.  Hope everyone's ok.
