[Scan-DC] MSP licensing VTAC/UTAC

 A note from WMBio out in Western Md. says that the MSP LaVale barracks just got licensed for using the V/UTAC frequencies on May 3d.  The freqs are laid out here;

 I don't know if other barracks have gotten licensed, but it would appear it's coming....
