[Scan-DC] Volvo Ocean Race

For those tracking the Volvo around the world race, the lead vessel 
has just passed Chesapeake Beach making its way toward the finish 
line about 10 miles up the Bay which is by Annapolis / Baltimore I 
believe.  I flipped on the marine band but haven't heard any calls 
just yet.

Just a bit of wind keeping the boat moving--not that fast.
