Quite a journey from Germany to Rockingham County.

Tonight the last 4 of the fermenting tanks will leave King George County, 
just
outside Fredericksburg,  for delivery at the Coors Brewery near Elkton in
Rockingham County. Traditionally the convoy movement begins between 10:00pm
and midnight and arrives at Coors between 8:30am and noon the following day.
The tanks are loaded and ready to move. The lead trailer, as currently 
staged,
is Miller Transfer followed by J. Supor & Son, Turner Transfer and last is
Robbins Motor Transportation. These fermenting vessels are in excess of 70 
feet
long, 20 feet in diameter and weigh just over 37 tons. Two highlights of 
past moves
was a non-convoy vehicle rear ending a bucket truck and a drunk attempting 
to pass
the nearly mile long convoy. With bloodshot eyes he probably failed to see 
the blue,
amber and orange flashing lights.
