Hmm, 151.04 is usually the SHA/Barrack M translator up in Harford county. Could be that someone set up a temporary repeater just for this event? Can anyone around the DC beltway verify this? Although this wouldn't be the first time MSP has 'borrowed' a frequency from another region just for a special event.
