One afternoonn several weeks ago, back in February or so, I saw a
twin-engine plane flying what I consider to be the "usual FBI" circles
over Alexandria. I figured it was FBI, and that the Cessna 172 was in the
shop. I didn't have a scanner with me (it happens), so I don't know for
sure.
