Sounds like Westwood One Has good presence there too. In Massachusetts we
have 1 Chopper and 2 Planes. And a few other TV stations that have aircraft
owned by TV station but use Westwood One. And if you ever see the operations
center in the background on TV it is very different in person.

Yes that is it - the only R44 newschopper in DC. For trivia buffs  
it's the former WBAL helicopter before they upgraded to a Bell Jet  
before they upgraded to an A-Star....

Indeed A-Stars are the news chopper of choice in the Baltimore  
Washington area, WRC, WTTG, WBAL and WJZ operate A-Stars; WUSA co-ops  
the Robinson and WBOC Salisbury even operates a Bell LongRanger!

WRC leases their helicopter from HTS based in Baltimore; WTTG and WJZ  
lease from Helinet, and WBOC and WBAL lease from US Helicopters. WUSA  
works with Metro Traffic....
