[Scan-DC] DC Trunked System Talkgroups

While at the National Marathon on Saturday, I got a chance to listen
to the DC TRS quite a bit.  I came across some talkgroups that are new
to me.  Does anyone have more details on these?

2880 sounded like it may have been a hospital, but it's not one of the
16 hospital talkgroups

33904 sounded like an open mic, with a TV or radio broadcast in the background

34000 Emergency Management Agency?

34672 talk of "stragglers" (related to Marathon)

35152 mentioned a "mattress inside" and "windows broken"  Maybe
Housing Authority Police or something similar?

59216 appeared to be a simulcast of 34672 in analog mode.  First time
I've heard an analog talkgroup on DC TRS
