They have three marked cars.  Two brand new black and white Crown Victorias
and an older Caprice.  Their station is at the Town Hall at Duke of Kent and
Crofton Parkway. They only patrol the special taxing district, commonly
referred to as the triangle (bordered by Rt. 424, Rt. 3 and Rt. 450).
Listen for them on AAPD Western District, not Northern.  They are very
visible in that area, especially if you exceed the speed limit on Crofton
Parkway.

 Y'know, come to think of it, I've never even seen a Crofton PD car. I'm
pretty sure the county patrols the area, much like they do here in Glen
Burnie. 
 However, if you do see one (I highly doubt it), take a look at the size of
the antenna. One that's about 18 inches long or so is likely to be a VHF hi
band; about 2-4 inches high UHF, an inch or so, or one that looks like a
cell phone antenna is 800 mhz. 73s Mike
