 Quite correct. Crofton is part, I'm pretty sure, of the Northern District, so you would listen on those talkgroups. You can find a good list of them on the popular RadioReference website.

Does anyone know what frequencies the Crofton Police Department operate on?
 
I was thinking they might be part of the AA County trunk system but I have
never heard them...
