[Scan-DC] Frequency to be dropped

 It appears that 118.125, which was at one time a Giant Killer freq, is now an ARTCC freq; heard this eve while reviewing some recordings I made for keeping tabs on the ongoing CAP. In addition, the old DC ANG 127.275 freq is now a ARTCC Kenton freq. Please adjust any lists I may have sent out accordingly
