>From what I heard this evening, it is clearly a hotel.  There is still quite a bit of
activity at the old DC General, I think that the Correctional Treatment Facility is
there, plus a residential detox center, and possibly EPRD (Emergency Psych Response
Division?).  The place is far from closed.

Tonight on 464.4250 I heard someone calling "engineering" because the guest in room
XXX was hot even though the thermostat was set all the way cold, and the guest in
room XXX couldn't find his Ethernet cable.  Security was asked to report to
(somewhere near) the mail room.  I'm pretty sure it is a hotel, but I can't tell
which one.  Definitely better service than DCGH, St. E's, or even a college dorm
would give.

What about St Elizabeth's?  Elizabeth is a psychiatric facility on a  the 
hill across Anacostia river from RFK, overlooking it
