Amen to the above. The absolute, last thing I would ever want is to
have an obnoxious Type-A personality seated near me, yelling into a
phone, making worse an already taxing adventure, air travel. Believe
me, the far greatest danger in allowing in-flight cell phone calls will
be that of passenger on passenger altercations, with alcohol being a
factor. And you just know it's going to happen.
