[Scan-DC] General Alarm Brush

I'm now hearing calls for 'Diesel and Gas' supplies to be delivered 
to Stafford Road, which must be the staging area (it's not far from 
Barstow Road).

Guess they might be there for awhile....

I heard the first calls about 2 or 3 hours ago....
