[Scan-DC] General Alarm Brush

Barstow Road is near Prince Frederick, around where the bridge is 
over the Patuxent River (the low one, not the big one in Solomons 
Island).   I heard a second alarm for Brush Companies 1 (North 
Beach), 3 (Solomons) and 5 (Dunkirk) along with brush units from St. 
Mary's County.  I think it might have even brought out some of the 
reserve brush units as I've heard (sirens) a few vehicles going past 
in the last hour or so.
