[Scan-DC] Arlington Cemetery fly-by

At 10:02AM [local], had visual confirmation of a four-ship flyby over
Arlington Cemetery flying south to north at about 500 feet altitude.  One
of the four [either F15 or F16 -- couldn't tell from directly below them]
had already executed the "missing man" maneuver.

Didn't have a radio with me, but I'd guess from previous experiences that
they used callsign "DRAGO".

At first, I thought it was the LOUDEST 727 aircraft takeoff from DCA that
I'd ever heard...then I looked up and saw them.
