I would check the freqs. If you have TrunkTracker monitor the channels.
Massachusetts is in the same boat. A Long ways to go. Check
www.scanboston.com he has a good list of what channels are changing. Maybe
it's just the Software upgrade to PREP for the rebanding.

For the last week, I have heard Montgomery County technicians (probably
Teltronics and/or Wireless) talking on the radio 
service talkgroup about changes they were making to the system.  At times
they had a tech at each of the 11? sites calling out
the fact that they had loaded software?? on each channel.  Is this the start
of rebanding or some type of upgrade?
Does anyone know?
