[Scan-DC] 150.7400

150.7400 mhz. is not a valid frequency assignment.  Army Engineers, 
Washington, DC have been heard on 150.7250 mhz. and the Site R, Md. 
Facility Fire Dept. is on 150.7500 mhz.
