[Scan-DC] Montgomery County question

It's the priority of the EMS incident....Alpha being lowest and Echo being
the highest. (A "code" would be Echo...trouble breathing would be
Delta...etc).

The dispatchers began announcing this for Delta and Echo responses whence
MCFRS began running two EMS supervisors (EMS 1 and EMS 2) and the
supervisors really began doing quality control work. They're doing that
quality-control on Delta and Echo calls, and I'm told the dispatchers are
announcing the priorities to make sure the supervisors are alerted.
