That's going to take a while unless you know someone "inside".  So far, two
"new" frequencies are 866.9500 & 866.9750.  It sounds like talkgroup 16 is
the new PD Ch 1.  From what I can see so far, the radio ids haven't changed,
so if you had the ids labeled in Trunker, it may not be hard to learn the
new talkgroups.  I always label the dispatchers on the PD & FD talkgroups as
PD Ch 1 Dispatcher, and so on.  This is how I was able to identify what I
**believe** is PD Ch 1.   FYI, I'm trying to update the Radio Reference site
as I get new info.
