They are switching from analog to digital, and going from two sites to four. 
Cutover for police and fire is Thursday 12/15.  Expect talkgroup changes 
(obviously).  Since other jurisdictions have not yet reprogrammed, there will be 
plenty of patching to old analog talkgroups on the fire side with all the mutual 
aid that goes on in & out of the city.  The 860 control channel will go away, 
but the remaining 4 are already listed on Radio Reference.
