[Scan-DC] Hacker Broke Into PGFD Radio System

I thought PG was Trunk. It does not work on conventional. If you get a
REALLY GOOD RADIO Tech that knows his radios he can tell you the maker of
the radio by the audio. I had someone do that to me one day.

Would such a feature work on a conventional system such as PG's? I'm  
inclined to believe not.
