[Scan-DC] Multiple police helicopters in SE this AM

Was driving past the Park Police's heliport this morning and saw 
quite a backup.  Besides USPP Eagle, there was also a US Air Force 
Huey, a jet ranger that looked like it was from Fairfax County, a MSP 
Trooper, and a very spooky all black Bell that was so dark I couldn't 
make out any N numbers on the tail.  Some sort of "black helicopter" 
(the aliens are coming!) or some DHS bird or something.

Anyway--wonder if it was in preparation for the NORAD exercises.  Not 
sure if they are still around this afternoon.
