Some changes are afoot with the Richmond, Virginia Veterans Administration
Hospital radio system.

Repeater Input PL/DPL
409.8375/416.8375 [d612] Security (Appear to be no longer in use)
409.3250/414.3250 [d265] Patient Movements (Appear to be no longer in use)
409.4000/414.0250 [d371] Maintenance (Appear to be no longer in use)
419.6500/406.2500 [d346] Buildings & Grounds (Appear to be no longer in
use)

409.4000 is still carrying the CW station identification in CSQ mode .

With the above gone silent this is what I am hearing
in a conventional scan mode:
Experiments with various Base, Step, Offset combinations
that will produce talkgroup numbers have been unsuccessful.

Monitoring this with the Uniden 796D, the owners manual
shows "LNK" as voice channel data.

407.1375 P-25 LNK heard security type voice
407.5625 P-25 appears to be the control channel
407.8375 P-25 LNK clear voice
408.2375 P-25 LNK heard maintenance type voice
409.4750 P-25 LNK heard cafeteria and food service voice
410.3125 P-25 LNK heard patient type movement voice
410.8125 P-25 LNK clear voice
