The Marines were using UHF digital radios, which I believe were
trunked.  Found a bunch of 381 MHz channels, but I couldn't nail down
the control channel.  (It wouldn't have mattered anyways, since I only
had a BC250D.)  However, one could follow what was being said fairly
well just by listening conventionally to the frequencies.  The inputs
to the repeaters were exactly 10 MHz higher--perhaps this is the
standard for the new 380-400 MHz systems?

Maybe someone on the list has information about this system
(particularly the control channel), which is apparently another new
380 system...?

Arlington's trunked system was very busy, as it was last year.  The
two talkgroups used for medical teams were almost non-stop with people
collapsing, having shortness of breath, etc.
