  Hi Bob; well, normally I would point you to RadioReference for the toneouts (I'm assuming you have a 396), but it looks like no one has posted that information yet.

  You might want to join up on RadioReference and post a query to the Delaware forum if no one answers here.

  Just as an aside, since you're moving there shortly, you will need a digital scanner to copy the statewide TRS. AFAIK all the analog VHF retransmissions are history.
