[Scan-DC] Washington Center Frequencies

Gentlepersons, I've moved back to my home location in Virginia Beach and we
are slowly getting settled in.  There is still too much stuff I can't put my
hands on, specifically, and at this moment, a frequency chart for Washington
Center (ZDC).  I had the list of freqs with locations and designators but it
is nowhere to be found.  Specifically I'm interested in the freqs for the
HIGH and SUPER HIGH sectors.  I'll have a watch set up here at the beach and
want to see what I can hear way up there.  Google didn't help, nor did I
find what I want on the WUN lists.  Thanks in advance if you can point me in
a good direction.  Vic
