[Scan-DC] Movie set headed for Rossyln

They picked a yukky weather day for filming in
Richmond....overcast....cloudy. I wonder how much the Richmond city and CSX
were paid for the filming privilege. If they block the 14th Street Bridge in
NOVA for filming they may cause angry motorists to riot.
