[Scan-DC] Where did Alexandria go?

Hi all,

I've been out of town for the last few weeks and have come back to find that 
the Alexandria trunk system seems to have disappeared. I still have a signal 
on the control channel - but have heard nothing on any of the talk groups 
for the last couple of days.

Does anyone know if Alexandria has suddenly gone digital - and if so what 
the frequencies might be and what's being encrypted?
