[Scan-DC] BC796D Card Error

    I have a BC796D Uniden Scanner that needs to have the firmware update for  the BCi96D Digital Decode card so I will stop getting "Card Error". I am getting tired have having to get in the middle of the night and turning off the scanner because of the noice it makes and then on the display it reads card error reistall the card. Is there anyone in the Easton or Cambridge Maryland area that can help me install the download and solve my problem?I received the email from the Scan-DC mailing list  back in June explaining what to do but I cannot install the update from my computer. Please if anyone can help me I would surely appreciate it.
