[Scan-DC] Charles County's Trunk System

That's the way trunking works.... EVERYTHING goes through a repeater. Sure,
you can have conventional simplex channels in a trunked radio, BUT, if it
has a talkgroup, it is a repeated frequency.

Subject: [Scan-DC] Charles County's Trunk System

One thing I've noticed with the new trunking deal is that all the fire/ems
traffic can now be heard from all over the county just like the sheriff's
dept. has always been.Use to be you could only hear local fire/ems
traffic.Wonder if that's always the case with trunking?Kind'a ironic since
once they switch over nothing,I assume, will be heard on analog.
