  I subscribe to space weather via NOAA's listserver ( http://sec.noaa.gov 
).Most of the time they send out a "warning" or "alert" around two,three 
times a month.However I've received major warnings & sunspot/solar flare 
alerts on the order of every other day for the last week or so.If you have 
noticed any problems receiving trans lately I suppose this could be a good 
reason.Be it HF,VHF,UHF,ect.
