[Scan-DC] RE: AWACS over Wheaton

It looks like a standard approach to Andrews.  I saw it when it flew over Rockville.   It seems like the larger aircraft like the C-17 and C-141 fly that approach (long and low) to avoid the usual civilian aircraft that fly in the opposite direction on approach to DCA and IAD.
