[Scan-DC] USCGC Beluga

In the mid 0900 hour (EDT) the USCGC Beluga (WPB 87325, Little Creek  VA) 
appears to be operating in the Baltimore Harbor/Chesapeake Bay  area.  They are 
on 157.15 and have been checking outbound vessels.   Not sure if this is an 
exercise or real world activity.
 
Given the current cool wx conditions there is a possibility that I'm  hearing 
VHF skip and the Beluga is operating in the lower Chesapeake Bay, in  
Virginia waters.
