[Scan-DC] Raptors off the Delmarva Coast

In the late 0800 hour (EDT) a couple of flights of F-22A Raptors (self  id'd) 
from Langley AFB, Virginia are active off the MD/DE/NJ coast in the  
Giantkiller areas W-105/W-108 working on 249.8 & 312.3.
