[Scan-DC] Aberdeen Range Active

Ron, I copied the callsign as AERO and they were confirmed from the 
NJ-ANG (flight of two F-16s). They left the range after some coordinates 
confusion and pressure from COLT that they were cutting into their range 
time. They then switched to 138.425 to go back to Atlantic City.  
Callsigns RACK 01 & 02 also heard, confirmed as boats that were 800m off 
the shoreline. Callsign CHICAGO being used for Range control.
