[Scan-DC] One Question About Washington DC FD Radios

Does anyone know if the improvements that were made to the DC FD radio 
system have alleviated their radio problems? Does anyone hear them 
using their talkaround and / or mobile repeater channels on a regular 
basis? Does anyone know the specific channels that are used by the mobile repeaters, or the procedures for their use? (I know that 
www.radioreference.com lists the two Talkaround freqs - but the mobile repeater freqs dont seem to be listed.)
